Just a quick late night post.
I did a Thai cooking class today (to be documented later), but afterwards Genia and I went to Pretty Kitty Ice Cream, an organic ic cream shop in the U district. Very earthy…they even had vegan ice cream (which sounds…well, bad). But the regular ice cream was very good! And fresh made waffle cones too. I had one scoop of salted caramel and one of Mexican chocolate chip (which I didn’t really notice anything too Mexican about) and Genia had the caramel and Oreo rocky road. We agreed that the salted caramel was A+.
