We had a long layover in Seville, so we got to pop into Spain-land for a few hours. Lovely, Spanish, etc. Warm and sunny and full of gelaterias. A place that I like. Plus, Spanish food = excellent food. I could live on papas, gambas, and jamon. Truly. Jamon is one of the best things. On earth. Salty and smoky, married with soft, sweet melon… it is near nirvana on the food front.
